I was feeling crafty today and my mom taught me how to make these frames a few summers ago!! so i decided to make some gifts for two very special ladies that are having baby boys :)
so first I started with all this :
1 - cute scrap book paper!2 - embellishments of choice
3 - blank craft frames
4 - paint for the edges of frame
5 - distressing ink for the edges of paper
6 - exacto-knife, paint sponges, glue
7 - Scrap paper to squirt paint on and test distress ink
and I turned it all into these! :
(even cuter in person)

ReplyDeleteRandom comment #2-I was listening to KLUV while in beautiful Lubbock, TX today, and I heard a song by Francesca Battistelli that made me think of you called Hundred More Years. It won't be released until 3/1, but it is about a young woman who is engaged and planning her whole life with the love of her life. It is a beautiful song that seems to speak about where you seem to be right now! It's a real tear jerker-I hope you get to listen to it soon!
